The Black/Death Metal Combo AGE OF CARNAGE was founded in July 2003 by Ludwig "Lukke" Walter and Andreas "Weix" Weichslgartner. Originally entitled "Epilepticon", the first songs were made and, after several line-up changes and a renaming, recorded for the debut demo "...and the red rivers will flow again..." in 2006. Right in the following year, the album "Blackrain City" had its release, which clearly has been showing the musical development of the band. After yet another line-up change in 2008, the band recorded two promotion songs to introduce their new lead-guitarist Sebastian Kister. After the planned release of a common split-CD with Bloodshot Eyes in 2010 was delayed for an indefinite time, Age of Carnage released their share of the split in June 2011 via their website to avoid further retention.
